CoffeeStamp ("the App") is a loyalty stamp card management app developed by Jacob Ko. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed to store all your stamp card data locally on your device only. We do not operate any servers or collect personal data ourselves.
2. Information We Collect
Data You Provide (Stored Locally)
The following data is entered by you and stored only on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. It is never transmitted to any external server:
- Stamp card name
- Cafe / company name
- Stamp count and goal
- Notes
This data remains solely on your device and is not accessible by us.
Data Collected by Third Parties
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect the following data to serve relevant ads:
- Device advertising identifier (IDFA)
- IP address
- Device type and operating system version
- App usage and interaction data
- Coarse location (country/region level)
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
3. How We Use Information
We do not collect or use your personal information. The third-party advertising SDK (Google AdMob) uses collected data solely to:
- Serve banner advertisements within the App
- Measure ad performance and attribution
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties.
Data collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms of service. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.
5. Data Retention
All stamp card data is stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by removing individual stamp cards within the App or by uninstalling the App.
We do not retain any user data on our servers, as no such servers exist.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at admin@jacobko.app and we will take appropriate action.
7. Advertising
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. You may opt out of personalized advertising by:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Visiting Google's Ad Settings
Even if you opt out of personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized advertisements.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: Request information about data collected about you
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data
- Opt-out: Opt out of personalized advertising (see Section 7)

9. Security
All stamp card data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security. We do not transmit your data externally and therefore cannot be responsible for breaches of data we do not hold.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
